Depart from Marrakech in the morning and head into the stunning High Atlas Mountains, crossing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m) with panoramic views and charming Berber villages along the way. Visit the iconic Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its ancient architecture and role in films like Gladiator and Game of Thrones.

Continue through Ouarzazate, the gateway to the Sahara, and drive through the Valley of the Roses to reach the majestic Dades Gorges. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in a local guesthouse surrounded by rugged cliffs and lush palm groves.

After breakfast, travel to the towering Todra Gorges, a favorite spot for hikers and climbers, before continuing through the scenic desert route to Merzouga, at the edge of the Sahara.

Here, your camel caravan awaits. Begin a magical camel ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes, arriving at your Berber desert camp in time for sunset. Enjoy traditional Moroccan cuisine, live music around the campfire, and an unforgettable night under a sky filled with stars.

Wake early to witness the mesmerizing sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, ride your camel back to Merzouga and begin the journey back to Marrakech. Pass through the beautiful Draa Valley, known for its endless palm groves and fortified villages.

Stop in Ouarzazate for a break or optional visit to the Atlas Film Studios or Taourirt Kasbah before crossing the High Atlas Mountains again, arriving in Marrakech by early evening.
