Depart Marrakech early and journey across the High Atlas Mountains, winding through the scenic Tizi n'Tichka Pass (2,260m) with panoramic views and Berber villages dotting the hillsides. Visit the famous Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and popular filming location.
Continue through Ouarzazate and along the beautiful Valley of the Roses, before reaching the Dades Gorges, where you’ll enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in a charming local guesthouse.
After breakfast, explore the impressive Todra Gorges, known for their towering rock walls and tranquil stream. Then, head toward the desert, passing Berber villages and the changing landscape of southern Morocco.
Arrive in Merzouga, where your camel awaits to take you on a peaceful trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes. Watch the sun set over the golden sands before arriving at your desert camp. Enjoy traditional music, a delicious Moroccan dinner, and a night beneath the stars in a private or shared tent.
Wake up early for a stunning sunrise over the dunes, then return by camel to Merzouga for breakfast. Begin your return journey through the scenic Draa Valley, home to one of Morocco’s largest palm groves.
